Transcend does not work with health insurers, but we do accept HSA and FSA as a method of payment. We can provide invoices and lab requisitions, but we don't offer procedure or diagnostic codes as we operate on a direct pay basis.

Bloodwork is not required for all medications such as peptides. However, bloodwork is required to be considered for certain medications such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Our medical team will determine the necessity of bloodwork based on your individual needs.
