Jeremy Buendia
4X Mr. Olympia Champion
Jeremy Buendia is an IFBB Men’s Physique Pro, and 4x Mr. Olympia Physique Champion (2014-2017). Jeremy was born October 26th, 1990 in Northern California. From a young age, Jeremy excelled in baseball, and football. After his senior year of high school football, Jeremy took an interest in bodybuilding. In 2008, 17 years old, Jeremy competed in his first bodybuilding contest. In 2012, Jeremy made the switch from bodybuilding to men’s physique where his success began to sky-rocket. Earning his IFBB pro card in May 2013, Jeremy won his first professional competition, earning him a spot at the 1st ever men’s physique Mr. Olympia. Jeremy ended up as the runner up that year at the age of 22. In 2014, Jeremy managed to obtain the men’s physique Olympia title and he retained it for 4 years (longest reign in men’s physique history). In 2019, Jeremy took break from bodybuilding to get married and start a family. In 2023 Jeremy made his return to the Olympia stage shocking the bodybuilding world after a 4.5 year hiatus. Jeremy took 8th place out of 46 of the best athletes in the world, and he plans to return to the stage in 2024 to continue to pursue his goal of retaining his Olympia title once again.
